The CLIMAX 725 A2B2E2K2 combined filter has been designed to protect the user from an extensive range of contaminating gases and vapours such as:
organic vapours, solvents, paint, inorganic vapours, chlorine, acidic gases, sulphur dioxide, ammonia and ammonia derivatives.
Moreover the filter offers the maximum filtering efficacy Wearer comfort has been considered in the design of the filter in order to provide easy, comfortable breathing.
The flared shape minimises air flow resistance caused by loss of pressure.
Due to its standard thread, the filter can be fitted to any face mask with a standard EN 148/1 thread connection.

Description and Features:
The 725 A2B2E2K2 filter is manufactured of sturdy, lightweight materials that are non-hazardous for the health and hygiene of the wearer.
The filter is composed of the following parts:

Base:
The bell-shaped base is manufactured of black highdensity polyethylene and has a minimum outer diameter of 79 mm and a maximum outer diameter of 102 mm.
The bottom contains a standard EN 148/1 thread (1 and 1/4 turns with a depth of 1 mm and gauge of 4 mm).

Cover:
The top of the filter is fitted with a round cover having a diameter of 106 mm and a height of 15 mm.
The cover is reinforced by several concentric circles and radial spokes that create an inhalation grille.
The cover is made of high-density polyethylene.

Filtering medium:
The inside of the base contains the filler, which is composed of two discs of white filtering fabric fitted into the inner faces of the cover and the base and a sandwich of type ABEK (400 cm3) activated charcoal with a high absorption capacity for organic vapours, solvents, paint, inorganic vapours, chlorine, acidic gases, sulphur dioxide, ammonia and ammonia derivatives.
