Electronic Water-in-Oil / BN Test

The condition of engine oil should be regularly monitored, and in particular the content of water in oil and the alkalinity reserve (BN, formerly TBN) are important values to determine.
The device TWIN CHECK combines both oil parameters to measure directly on-site and provides possibility to conduct accurate trend analysis.
Thereby deterioration of the oil quality can be tracked efficiently.

The oil sample and the reagent get filled into the corresponding built-in chambers of the TWIN CHECK.
By shaking the device once and again, the measurement process takes place.
Once the result on the display is constant over 1-2 minutes, the process can be cut off.
Thus, it is possible to determine the exact end of the actual reaction.
Before measuring the BN for the first time, the device needs to get calibrated for the oil grade under examination.
